Winsome Group is seeking a highly accomplished and technically strong Vice President, Projects to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large scale real estate developments across its expanding portfolio. The role requires a seasoned construction leader with deep expertise in high rise residential and mixed use projects, modern construction practices, project governance, and multidisciplinary team management. The role requires to manage project in both the cities Pune and Patna.

This is a senior leadership position for a professional who can combine engineering excellence with strategic project oversight, ensuring that every development reflects Winsome's commitment to quality, trust, timely delivery, and long term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the execution of high rise and premium real estate projects across locations
  • Driving project planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring
  • Ensuring adherence to approved designs, engineering standards, safety norms, and quality benchmarks
  • Introducing and implementing the latest construction technologies, methods, and project management systems
  • Coordinating closely with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Monitoring cost efficiency without compromising project quality or brand standards

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed institution. Preference for candidates from IITs or other premier engineering institutions
  • Significant experience in delivering high rise residential or commercial projects
  • Strong knowledge of advanced construction technologies, project controls, contracts, and execution systems
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects, contractors, and cross functional teams
  • Exposure to premium real estate, large township, or multi tower developments will be an advantage

Experience Requirement

  • Ideally 18 to 25 years of relevant experience in real estate, infrastructure, or large scale construction
  • At least 8 to 10 years in senior project leadership roles
  • Proven experience in handling high rise construction projects is essential

  • Handle leads received through digital campaigns, walk ins, referrals, direct enquiries and channel partners

  • Present project details, location advantages, pricing, payment plans and documentation process clearly

Desired Profile

Winsome Group is looking for an experienced and well connected Land Acquisition Manager for its Pune operations. The candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable land parcels, developing strong broker and landowner networks, verifying land related documents, and supporting the company in building a strategic land bank for upcoming real estate projects.

This role requires strong local market knowledge of Pune, practical exposure to land sourcing, understanding of legal documentation, and the ability to coordinate with brokers, consultants, landowners, legal teams, and internal leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and source strategic land parcels across Pune and nearby growth corridors for future real estate development
  • Build and maintain a strong network of brokers, land aggregators, consultants, landowners, and local market sources
  • Study Pune locality trends, upcoming infrastructure, zoning possibilities, development potential, and micro market opportunities
  • Conduct preliminary land due diligence including review of title documents, ownership records, revenue records, 7/12 extracts, encumbrance details, and other relevant land documents
  • Coordinate with legal teams for detailed document verification, title clearance, and risk assessment
  • Support feasibility analysis by collecting land details, location information, access details, development potential, and basic market inputs
  • Assist in negotiation with landowners and brokers for land purchase, joint development, or other suitable acquisition structures
  • Maintain a structured land bank database with location details, ownership information, pricing expectations, legal status, and development potential

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in land acquisition, land sourcing, business development, real estate, or related functions
